urSwim is proud to be an authorized provider of American Red Cross Courses. We offer a variety of courses in Adult CPR, Child/Infant CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding Courses. At the completion of the courses, participants will receive American Red Cross Certifications.

**If you need a Lifeguard Recertification, you only need to attend class on this date. The June class is Oakdale NY requires two dates for a recertification as the sessions are shorter. Please note in order to qualify for the recertification, it must be within 30 days of your expiration date. Any questions please email [email protected].

Long Island Lifeguarding + CPR

We are offer group CPR classes at the convenience of your place of business. Choose from one of the following American Red Cross CPR Course Options:

Adult and Infant/Pediatric CPR (with AED Option)

Adult and Infant/Pediatric CPR 

 

(with AED Option)

Teaches participants how to respond to breathing emergencies, cardiac emergencies and choking incidents. The course can also include proper use of an AED. Upon successful completion of this course participants will receive an American Red Cross Adult and Infant/Pediatric CPR certification that is valid for two years. All participants receive a complimentary face shield.

Pediatric CPR and First Aid 

(with AED option)

Incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for victims under 12 years, including infants. Upon successful completion of this course participants will receive an American Red Cross Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification that is valid for two years.
